- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband had a procedure done with this practice. He said the doctor was fine but we had a problem with the billing office. At the time our benefits were quoted to the office it showed the deductible having not been satisfied. I informed the front desk staff that it had since been satisfied. Instead of them double checking they insisted that we had to pay or his procedure wouldn't be done. So I paid the over $400, as my husband had enough to deal with. Once billed the EOB showed that $0 was owed. So I called the billing office to request a refund. They said it would take 3-4 weeks. It took almost 8 weeks and a few phone calls before I was told it would be mailed out this previous Friday. As someone who has previously worked in a medical billing office, this is unacceptable.May 13, 2017by April Penn
